    Calling to inquire about short-term and long-term services, yet no one answers the phone. Most extensions lead to a dead end without the ability to leave a voicemail. Have yet to talk to a live person. Boo.

    I’d give a negative rating if possible. They don’t care about anyone except their bottom line and covering their own okole. What a shame for the elderly who need and deserve the care. Never bring your loved one here.

    Staff was so caring and attentive to my step mother which helped tremendously with her hip fracture recovery and transition to living full time at the facility.
