When we were looking for an auto shop we reached out to few realtors before we met him, and we felt like we were nothing those realtors didn't take us seriously maybe because they thought we were going to waste their time, and we were young and didn't believe on us then we reached out to Patrick and we felt comfortable with him and we thought we were going to get the same treatment with other realtors but he was on it! He was there to help us find a shop even though he was not going to make that much money. This guy won't leave you behind. Few years after Patrick helped us again with our first commercial property! Will definitely recommend Ihu Properties if you're looking to buy, sell or least any properties!

He asked to run a credit check when he already found another renter without telling us that the unit was off the market already. He also told us to come by for viewing and failed to show up. We asked for a picture of the place and he rudely told us that he sent us one when the only thing we received was a short 5 second video that showed us nothing at all. Would not recommend.
