Adele returned my call the next business day AND answered my question thoroughly. She is very friendly, compassionate and responds quickly.

I had a serious problem with our next door neighbors having 2 mattresses on their upper lanai for over 6 months, they were wet & mildewed, the smell was unbearable so we had to sleep in the spare bedroom & lock all windows, not pleasant. Brought this to Greg’s attention & he did absolutely nothing to help us, what exactly is his role here? Very upset that we had to find the solution on our own!
