  It’s been 7 months no return phone calls I’ve talked to the boss of mighty Grace who is my person. I guess she she did nothing. Miley still hasn’t called me. Talk to her assistant who cussed me out and yelled at me. I’ve been calling every day since October 2024. I have receipts for all of it. They’re quick to like wanna find us for stuff, but won’t answer the phone or call us back to talk to us. I emailed them. I called them. I text them the voicemail from Miley. Grace is always full. She has never called me back. No no memory free. She called me once to tell me she was on vacation at 9:30 PM at night. This is ridiculous and it’s unacceptable

  Associa has been difficult to deal with. Extremely slow to respond. It’s been this way for years.

  1/08/2025 Update*** Going on year 8 to get our wooden rails replaced!! 2 years to get a kukui nut tree TRIMMED!! Still waiting on both. But just noticed today our maintenance fee increased by $145 starting Jan 2025!! No notification from Associa advising of the increase. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Slow to respond is an understatement!! Associa takes months, even years to respond to us Re: issues. Never come out to our complex, we’ve had 6 or 7 different property managers in the last 7 years. They never skip a beat tho with collecting that monthly maintenance fee!!!

  Experienced a hiccup with my monthly autopay and Deedee Takushi was so efficient in helping me resolve the issue. Her quick response assured me that my matters are being taken care and in good hands. Thank you !
