  Beverly FeBenito is the worst property manager I've ever had as a condo owner. Not only is she not invested, but also extremely rude.

  Quite possibly one of the worst companies I have worked with as a Realtor. They charge hundreds of dollars to obtain electronic HOA documents that can literally be sent with a push of a button, and yet they fail to meet their own Pre-set deadlines. Just Awful 😞

  I would give this company a zero star. They collect money without keeping the account ledgers up to date. For myself, I wanted a breakdown from the beginning of my payment concerns, and the representative (Daphne), who I was working with doesn't respond to my complaint. I then request status of my previous email approximately a week later, and she sends a similar email response. This business is horrible!!
