    Where do I start? Our former property manager, Moana hired her biz partner without disclosing the impropriety. They took our HOA for a 300k ride which resulted in a special assessment- DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

    They don't even adhere to their own bylaws and then blame the tenant for things that are clearly their responsibility. I suggest everyone here go to the DCCA of Hawaii...consumer affairs.....and complain so this coming that is licensed will be held accountable. Their noncaring attitude needs adjustment.

    I didn't receive a bill in the mail for last month and waited to see if it would arrive. Instead, I received a delinquent notice with a late fee added. In addition, I noticed the maintenance fee had increased slightly without any explanation.

    Unfortunately, consistently disappointed with the level of service provided by this HOA management company. Communication is severely lacking—phone calls to multiple listed numbers go unanswered, and messages often go without a response for extended periods, if at all. When I have managed to get through, the communication has been vague and unhelpful. As a homeowner, it's frustrating to feel ignored when trying to resolve community concerns or get clarity on important issues. A management company should be responsive, organized, and proactive—unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I hope to see significant improvements in their responsiveness and professionalism moving forward.
