  Quite possibly one of the worst companies I have worked with as a Realtor. They charge hundreds of dollars to obtain electronic HOA documents that can literally be sent with a push of a button, and yet they fail to meet their own Pre-set deadlines. Just Awful 😞

  Rude customer service. Hands down. The front desk doesn't even acknowledge you when get off elevator. They look at you and continue on with what they are doing behind the desk.

  I would give this company a zero star. They collect money without keeping the account ledgers up to date. For myself, I wanted a breakdown from the beginning of my payment concerns, and the representative (Daphne), who I was working with doesn't respond to my complaint. I then request status of my previous email approximately a week later, and she sends a similar email response. This business is horrible!!

  Worst HOA management company in the world. Not to mantion Hawaiiana isn't even a word. Disgraceful the way they handle business. Try to nickle and dime you everyway possible. The account managers eitehr run you in circles and redirect you to a number that has no answer or they just repeat the same things over and over.
