  My family and I have been with Dower Property Management and Real Estate for many years. Patricia Dupree manages our 5 unit apartment and I couldn’t ask for a more skilled and responsive individual to look after our valuable asset. While considering tenant safety and making sure the property is well maintained, she tries to keep costs under control. Patricia and her staff are dedicated and responsive to all of our concerns and I recommend their services highly. Thank you.

  Dower Realty has been our property manager for about 3yrs now. The best thing about it is Patricia. She is so easy to deal with and makes my husband and I feel comfortable with any changes of roommates or any problems we need to report about the apartment. Always reply promptly. We've met other company agents when we were searching for an apartment to rent and she was the one that made us feel the most comfortable like we were meeting a friend. We can communicate online and pay online which is a major plus for us. If we had to find another place to rent we would definitely try to find a property that they manage just so that we can still deal with such a great company.

  Dower Realty is a very unfriendly Real Estate Agency. Suddenly, they mailed "45DAYS NOTICE LETTER" to me without a reason to force me move out. I left a message to their voicemail immediately because I had just wanted to know the reason, however, they did not respond to me at all. A few days later, finally I got E-Mail from them, and they said that "According to HAWAII STATE LAW, it's not necessary to tell a reason for termination of the rental agreement". That's it? I always paid my rent on time for six years and did not make any problem. What a friendly people they are! I will not be able to recommend this agency to anyone at all because they would be one of the most unfriendly agencies or people in this country.
