  I worked with Sarah Chandler at Horita Reality, and she was a gem to work with. Anytime we needed anything for the house that we were leasing, she got on it right away. You want a leasing agent like her on your side. Thank you for the easy move-in and move-out. We would work with her and Horita again.

  I DO NOT reccommend using Horita Property LLC. As a property realtor and agent, they are more unresponsive then my teenage son. Nothing worse than being ignored; whether by phone, text, or email. We even had to reach back to their corporate office to ask if they received any of our inquiries and application. Wheter your local, DoD affiliate, or about to PCS inbound/outbound - there are plenty of better options. Stay away from Horita Realty.

  the realtor that works here, name is Luis Pasion, (he is the realtor and the seller) he sold us a house that the first day we moved in was not hooked up to street sewage, the septic tank was covered with dirt and not disclosed to use there was no sewage. within a few days of use, the washer would back up all the water in all drains, including bathrooms and sinks and wouldnt go down. we called a plumber and that is when we found out there was no sewage hooked up and costed us $20,000 of just being here for one week. and the plumber needed that upfront before doing any work. they actually had to bring in a crane to dig and install a pipe after being here for a few years, we have been getting collection notices even tho we dont even have a mortgage. come to find out this house was a foreclosure. guild mortgage is trying to take us to court, and take our house and resell it. we contacted luis and he said he paid off the foreclosure. we asked for a receipt so we dont lose our home. he refused and said thats our problem. something that would take him 5 minutes is costing us years of trouble. extremely rude, non-ethical, dishonest, shady seller.
