At haart of Doncaster, as part of the UK's largest independent estate agents, we help thousands of people buy or sell their homes through our branch network.
We offer a range of services, including financial and legal support, property valuations, and more. As members of The Property Ombudsman, we are committed to providing top-quality customer service. haart is here to help meet all your property needs, whatever stage you are at in your journey.
We take a different approach. Rather than rushing straight to the open market, we prepare every detail for maximum impact.
Our showcase™ strategy follows a 15-step phased launch over two weeks, carefully building momentum before your home goes live. Every stage is designed to lead to the key moment, the Launch Event, when motivated buyers are invited to view your home.
That's when equitymaximiser™ comes into play, guiding the negotiation process and ensuring every offer is handled carefully and professionally, helping both buyers and sellers move forward with confidence.
The result? More serious buyers, stronger offers, and the best outcome for your home.

I recently had my property valued by Haart, and I was very impressed with the service I received. Kenneth Siddall was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the whole selling process clearly and in a way that was very easy to understand.
He answered all my questions honestly and made what could have been a stressful process feel much more straightforward. I really appreciated his time, advice, and professionalism throughout the appointment.

Haart Doncaster have been very helpful in our house search, giving us all the help we could need as first-time buyers without being overbearing. (Some estate agents have been sending us 2-3 advertising emails every day!)
Sarah is handling our case has made sure that and has goes without a hitch so far. This company has been easy and pleasant for us to work with as buyers, and they have listings for a good range of properties across Doncaster.

As a buyer, my experience with Haart Estate Agents so far has been very positive. Everyone I’ve spoken to in the office has been friendly and professional.
The real star at Haart has to be Amber — a charming, charismatic professional who has been nothing but helpful from the start. She has been an absolute delight to deal with, always approachable and willing to go the extra mile. I genuinely appreciate all of her support.

We have just had the most comprehensive and professional valuation completed by Ken from Haart, and we couldn't have asked for more. He kindly dropped off information about the whole process a few days before his visit which was extremely helpful and answered every question (and more) we had. Ken gave a detailed explanation on how and why he values a property the way he does clearly drawing from decades of experience as well as talking us through a very well thought out sales strategy to get the absolute most for our property. We've had multiple estate agents to come and give us a valuation but when the time comes, it will be Ken that gets our call for sure.

HAART Doncaster – Buyer beware. Consider your options carefully.
What happened to my family deserves to be on record and anyone considering HAART Doncaster should understand what the process can actually look like.
We paid premium fees based on the impression that Kenneth Siddall, Property Centre Partner, would personally see us through the sale. That expectation was not met.
From the outset, communication was difficult. Calls were not always returned, details were missed and updates were unclear. Requests to confirm matters in writing were often not followed through, with too much kept to phone calls leaving little record. Calls were routed through a central system rather than the branch, one buyer attended without notice and another arrived early. This left us questioning who the customer was, as the buyer appeared to receive more consideration than we did.
On more than one occasion, when I did speak to Kenneth Siddall, the focus appeared to shift towards commission rather than the progression of the sale.
I dealt with Sarah Banks, Sales Negotiator, and relied on the information provided regarding buyer positions. However, as I later understood, key developments were not passed on.
A buyer had made a higher offer and their own home sold shortly afterwards. They remained interested at that level. I had requested to be informed if another buyer’s position changed, but I was not made aware and only discovered this after completion when that buyer contacted me directly.
I was informed that, as no new formal offer had been submitted, this was not treated as requiring disclosure in this instance. While that may be procedurally correct, in my view it did not reflect the level of openness expected. We were the paying client and it did not feel that way.
The handling of the title deeds caused significant anxiety. These had already been handed over, yet I was contacted by Rebecca Horner, Branch Manager, and told they could not be located. As the property was unregistered, the deeds were critical and their absence had the potential to delay the sale. I searched, as did my family. The deeds were later located by HAART and it was indicated to me that they may have been in a member of staff’s car.
On one occasion, during a call with Kenneth Siddall, I heard what I believed to be a toilet being used and then flushed, which I found unprofessional in the context of the discussion and, as this was later denied, I can only report what I heard.
Following escalation through Rebecca Horner and Christina Clarke, Area Manager, the complaint was handled by Anne Boylan at Spicerhaart, the parent company of HAART. Her role includes customer relations, credit control and debt collection. From a customer’s perspective, it is difficult to see how someone responsible for collecting payment can also act impartially in a complaint against the same organisation.
The final stage was the Property Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is funded by the estate agency industry it is expected to assess, which raises questions about independence. The process was slow, taking just under six months at this stage alone. Rather than feeling treated as a customer, it felt as though raising concerns positioned you as a problem, adding further stress.
Estate agency in this country requires no licence and, unlike owning a dog, there is limited meaningful accountability.
Many positive reviews appear to relate to early interactions. I was asked to leave a review shortly after signing, linked to a branch competition before the process had progressed, which may explain why some reviews do not reflect the full experience.
Look beyond the first impression. Read longer-term reviews and speak to people who have been through the full process.
The account was treated as settled following payment. This review reflects my personal experience and honest opinion based on events as I understood them.
Buyer beware. Consider your options carefully.
Frequently Asked Questions About haart Estate Agents Doncaster
What makes haart the right estate agent for me?
With haart, you'll have a local expert by your side, honest advice you can trust, and a team that genuinely cares about getting you the best result. And with smart marketing behind it all, we'll help you move forward with confidence.
How will you market my property?
Your home will be professionally photographed, listed on all the major property portals, and promoted to our database of active buyers. We also use our FLINK technology to target people scrolling on social media, even those not actively looking.
How do your fees work when selling a property?
Our selling fees are transparent and agreed upfront - no hidden extras. You'll only pay when your property sells, and we'll explain exactly what's included, so you can move forward with confidence.
What's the best way to get a valuation on my home?
You can book a free, no-obligation expert valuation via our webiste. Or, if you're just curious, try our instant online estimate for a quick idea of your home's value. Head to our website to get started.
What's the difference between an online instant valuation and an expert one?
An instant valuation gives you a quick estimate based on data like postcode and property type. An expert valuation is more accurate - we visit your home in person and base our advice on its condition, layout, and local buyer demand.
Can I list my home with more than one estate agent?
You can, but it's not always the best move. Multiple listings can confuse buyers and dilute your marketing. We recommend a sole agency approach for a stronger launch and more focused results.
Will I have a single point of contact during the sale?
Yes. You'll work with a dedicated property expert who manages your sale from start to finish. They'll keep you informed, guide you through offers, and make sure the process runs smoothly.
Should I be present at viewings?
You don't need to be. Buyers often feel more at ease when viewing without the owner present. Your haart agent will handle viewings professionally and keep you updated every step of the way. Sell smart: think haart.
