Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response.
This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.

Quite the rudest estate agents I've ever spoken to. We called trying to book a second viewing for a property that we like, and spoke to "Charles". He was resistant to a second viewing, telling us that "He's been flogging houses for 30 years" and "we should know within 5 minutes whether we want to buy the house". After grilling us on what we were hoping to achieve, he graciously agreed that he would "entertain" a second viewing, although he would "place a bet that we wouldn't end up buying". Wow. Just wow. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

Shelley was really helpful from start to finish. Shelley and Giselle were helpful and professional and really kept us up dated throughout the purchase. We would thoroughly recommend Knight Frank.

Review from Mr & Mrs H: The whole team at KF in Worcester have been supportive and knowledgeable, throughout a very difficult process and without them the sales would not have gone through so quickly. Everyone from the lady who did our viewings, to the reception desk and the partners were highly professional.
