Eventually Mr Rajanvir Bal of the Wolverhampton office said he would 'look into it for me'. When several other BJB employees never returned calls/emails, Mr Bal proved the exception. Mr Bal proved the consummate professional, not only did he locate the problem as to why I had not received my deposit, he resolved the matter, in so doing keeping me in touch with developments either by email or a personal call. I cannot praise Mr Bal too highly, he is a credit to BJB, a highly efficient practitioner, polite, proactive and professional. If only other BJB employees were as efficient , professional and dedicated to the company - BJB would benefit greatly. Les Scott
