- MCMathew CartwrightMay 18, 20261.0So disappointed. I Think butters John Bee are probably one of the worst agents to deal with. Saw a property 6/7 months ago. I enquired, couldn't view it as they were accepting an offer (understandable!).. no problems with that. I emailed/spoke to agents- i asked if anything happens / falls through with said property, please let me know first instance. fast forward to 4 weeks ago. The property comes back to market. (I wasnt let know as I requested). Viewed said property. gave a great honest offer & could have gone higher if needed... put my house on the market & now said house is under offer again - with someone in a better situation. but i could have been in a better situation and put my house on the market quicker... if they had let me know things had fallen through as I requested. Now, im on the market at there request with viewings booked - with no other options & probably now going have to pay for estate agent fees as i cant just move to anywhere, i need house with land! Trying to get hold of Claire is a joke, they never answer the office phone & if email her she replies back days later. I can Guarantee the vendors of the House haven't had/ seen my full offering as it wasn't just a price for the house, I offered to pay their solicitors fees too. Im So angry. Annoyed at the whole situation of them!

After that if there is any issues and if u proceed not to go further with ur application, he will not pick the call or repond to u back. We already lost holding deposit that was not our fault and we are legally proceeding with this person. No response to mails or text or calls. Tries too many times. Thats why we forward it through legally. Stay safe.
