My wife rang the branch to follow up with a mild degree of enthusiasm only to be told that this is a printed marketing flyer that came from head office and that indeed they don’t have a buyer for us. We have no objection to marketing But in this difficult climate when selling a house is stressful enough we think the wording is sharp practice and unnecessary. From a company that my mum has used Over 50 years ago, I would expect better.
