  Unfortunately we were selling in 2025 with a dreadful market. Property was overvalued at the outset as a result. Once we accepted an offer at a reduced value Knight Frank (Mark Potter) was excellent: dealing with all the ongoing negotiations and keeping us informed at all times. Plus a lot of ‘hand holding’! Highly recommend.

  I am absolutely delighted with the outcome of the sale of my home. If it hadn’t been for Fiennes being so concerned and helpful at all the different stages, which is the reason why the sale went through.   Victoria Anderson-Stewart is been excellent throughout the whole sale process. The team at Hungerford have been very responsive and assisted at every stage of the house selling process. They have all gone the extra mile when things haven't gone according to plan. I would highly recommend Knight Frank at Hungerford and would certainly use them again.

  Victoria Anderson-Stewart was a pleasure to deal with when I purchased my property through Knight Frank in Hungerford recently. She is very knowledgable, friendly and was incredibly efficient at dealing with any issues that arose. She made sure the whole process ran smoothly and was stress free.   We had an absolutely stellar experience of buying a property through Knight Frank, thanks to Victoria Anderson-Stewart. I understand the property had previously struggled to sell through another agency and KF took on the challenge as they genuinely felt they could help, which clearly paid off! Victoria went over and above at every stage, not only for the seller but also for us as buyers. We always knew where we stood, as Victoria kept regular communication and was always very clear. The individual we bought from found the process tough, as they had no local family and little personal support. Victoria showed great empathy and dedication at all times, helping the seller with many things that would typically be deemed 'outside of an agent's remit'. This helped everything to run smoothly, through all stages of the purchase and negotiation. We were delighted with the service we received from Knight Frank right through to the day when we moved in, when we were presented with a lovely gift bag by Victoria. Thank you, we are over the moon with our dream home! Highly recommend these guys.
