  We recently sold a house through Frank Knight and our experience of all at the Stratford upon Avon office was excellent. Their knowledge and understanding of the local market left the other agents standing. Ours was a tricky house to sell but we were guided through the process by Will, whose professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and honesty ensured we found the right buyer, we can’t thank him enough.

  We elected to use Knight Frank as agents to sell our house never have had prior dealings with them. Jamie Youngman was the Senior Negotiator who was assigned to us and from the onset inspired us with his confidence and knowledge of the market place. He has a very honest and likeable approach when dealing with us and we were very much guided by his thoughts and recommendations. Once our house was "under offer" he really went the extra mile in seeing the sale through to completion. For him, nothing was too much of a problem and throughout the whole process he was extremely professional. Our thanks and gratitude go to him.

  The experience of buying and selling a house has been interesting to say the least. The sometimes stressful and quickly changing process was made much more bearable by the professional approach and guiding hand of William Ward Jones .I have dealt with many agents over the years and it is without question that he and his team ensured that nothing was forgotten and what initially looked like mountains and immovable objects in front of us turned out to be minor bumps in the road.   We achieved a price above expectations in a reasonable timeframe from a large number of well managed viewings. When one buyer dropped out the national office network proved very useful in finding replacement very quickly and steering things through to a close. So no complaints; well done.

  Samantha lead the team which oversaw the sale of my property. There were a few frustrating months where the market appeared quiet and I was seriously let down by a prospective purchaser that had signed his contract to purchase then decided to withdraw! Samantha remained confident in the market and with Andrea's enthusiasm a new purchaser was quickly secured. This time at the asking price. The sale proceeded smoothly and Samantha kept me closely informed of progress, even whilst on holiday.
