I found her to be punctual, extremely knowledgeable about the local market, very friendly and polite and she answered all of my questions. She gave me valuations for each flat after the inspection and as promised this was confirmed by email the same day. I would highly recommend.

Teian showed us around a few properties initially which, although lovely, just weren’t quite right for us. She really listened to what we were looking for and never made us feel pressured. A few days later, she called to let me know about a new property that was about to come onto the market as she thought it would be perfect for us – and she was absolutely right! We viewed it and within just two days our offer had been accepted. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to Teian. She is so lovely, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients.
