From the first viewing, he was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us find a suitable property. What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond. Although he was only scheduled to work a half day, he stayed later to show us the property and assist us with the rental process. He understood that we were looking for a place urgently and made every effort to help move things forward as quickly as possible. He has been proactive in following up with the landlord, keeping us informed, and doing everything he can to help secure the property. His responsiveness, dedication, and positive attitude have made what can often be a stressful process much easier. We are very grateful for all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking estate agent. Thank you Lennox!

He’s been so supportive throughout finding a house, and so understanding. It’s really the best service and he’s a credit to the organisation. Highly recommend anyone being supported by him on their house hunting journey. Truly a first class guy.

After sending an email enquiry I was quickly contacted the following morning by Lennox Mackay who was professional and sincere towards the situation. We swiftly arranged a viewing for a Saturday where Vikki McNeil met us and showed us around and answered all the questions we had and really helped us with the hands on part of the process. Finally we managed to get an offer form through and holding deposit within 2 hours of the viewing thanks to Samantha Dunne. Who's been absolutely fantastic at getting the paperwork pushed through and even stayed late on a Saturday to get it done. Absolutely stellar experience all the staff are friendly, personal and exceptionally professional. Will absolutely be using them again.
