  We worked with Donna and Mitchell on the purchase of our new property. Although they were the vendors agents, nothing was ever an issue. Questions were answered, they responded promptly and even gave advice on some of our own issues. If, and that’s a big if, we ever sell. I wouldn’t hesitate in utilising their services. 5 stars from me

  We were struggling to sell our house with one estate agent and met Mitchell whilst viewing one of his properties. We quickly switched to Knight and Frank and from the start you could see they were invested in helping us sell our home. Donna came out after a couple of months as we hadn't had a viewing to check the property over for herself so she could get a feel for it and be able to speak to potential buyers. We quickly had viewings and all were positive with a view to placing an offer - after 6 months we accepted an offer and moved last week. The process was made so much easier by Mitchell and Donna and even our solicitor commented that we had made the right decision with choosing Knight and Frank as they were so efficient and proactive. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you so much Mitchell & Donna

  Mitchel Glassey and his team at Knight Frank Stafford did a wonderful job selling our property at an acceptable price in a very challenging market...Mitchel is very knowledgeable and professional and we found his advice very honest, consistent, reassuring and very wise during a stressful time selling our long term family home in Fulford Staffordshire... We had convincing pressure to change agents from a number of other estate agents...but remain very pleased we stayed with Mitchel and Donna throughout the process... We also found Mitchel particularly knowledgeable and hard working during the after "offer" period achieving sale completion of our property... Well done and thank you Mitchel and Donna...

  Had the pleasure of working with Mitchell and Donna with the sale of my property. Whilst my circumstances changed, resulting in me taking the property off the market, from beginning to end their service has been outstanding. A fair, open and honest appraisal, feedback and clear direction from the outset. Mitchell’s communication is above and beyond compared to other agents. At no point have I not been clear of the progression of enquiries, viewings and feedback. I’ve never had to chase up anything and questions were quickly answered. The advert and service provided is exactly what you would want when selling your home, a high standard with a service that you’d want potential buyers to receive.   We can’t thank Knight Frank and in particular Mitchell enough for their exceptional service through the process of selling our house. Mitchell always went above and beyond and was always available, working well beyond office hours. It’s obvious he really puts his heart and soul into the business. We would most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their home. Exceptional customer service is difficult to find alongside efficient communication, knowledge and support. They are the full package.
