A huge thank you to Andrew B and Megan M for managing the sale progression so professionally throughout the entire purchase. They were proactive, transparent, and always keeping all parties aligned and ensuring momentum was never lost. Communication was excellent throughout, whether it was arranging viewings, liaising with solicitors, chasing updates or helping navigate the inevitable bumps along the way. They handled everything with real professionalism and care. Special thanks goes to Simon M the in-house mortgage broker, whose support was invaluable from offer stage through to mortgage offer and completion. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and ability to explain the process clearly made a huge difference. Simon was always available to answer questions, provide reassurance, and ensure everything progressed smoothly and on time. I cannot thank him enough and recommend him completely to anyone purchasing a property.   We had an excellent experience with our mortgage broker Simon Murray from start to finish. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at first, but Simon made everything so much easier to understand and guided us every step of the way. He worked incredibly hard to find us the cheapest mortgage deal available, taking the time to explain all our options clearly and making sure we were comfortable with every decision. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond—not only securing us a great mortgage but also helping us arrange a more affordable solicitor, which saved us even more money.
