Renting

We’ve made finding the right place to rent, a carefree process. We’re members of the Mydeposits Tenancy Protection Scheme, which looks after your money throughout your tenancy. We do everything with integrity. From taking your holding fee to secure the property, to taking up references and coordinating your move-in date. Our on-boarding process makes sure properties meet a high standard. That includes checking that legal requirements are met and each property is clean before a tenancy begins.

Letting

With over 70 years in the property business, we know a thing or two about how to give you a stress free letting experience. Andrews offers 3 core letting services: full management rent collection and let only, with a range of additional extras so you can pick and choose the service that’s right for you.

Mortgages

Whether it’s your first home or your fifth, our mortgage and protection advisers can help you cover all the bases – from mortgages to insurance. While helping you consider all the angles so you don’t inadvertently stretch yourself in the process.

When handing over property management services on your property assets, you want to know that they’re in the best possible hands. We manage stock throughout England, Northern Ireland, Wales, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight, from repossessions and retail units through to purpose built student accommodation.

Cathi and Marcus were absolutely outstanding throughout what turned into a very challenging and protracted sale of my flat. Both of them were proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. They kept me informed every step of the way. I had massive problems with buyer's solicitors who were being unresponsive, unprofessional and obstructive. Cathi’s and Marcus’s persistence and dedication made a huge difference, especially during the final stages when their efforts were instrumental in getting the sale over the line. Selling our house was a long & frustrating journey, but Andrews Estate Agents were a significant force throughout, staying with us from beginning to end & helping us reach the outcome we were hoping for. Safie deserves a special mention. The best way I can describe his role is with a Star Trek metaphor. Marcus was the captain—calm, knowledgeable & at the helm—but Safie was the First Officer. The captain sets the course, while the First Officer quietly works in the background, keeping everything moving, smoothing things over, negotiating, bringing people together & making sure the ship reaches its destination. Safie gave his utmost, & more, filling that role with energy, commitment & genuine care. He genuinely cares about what he does & gave far more of himself than the job required. He became the bridge between everyone involved, & throughout the sale I always felt he was doing everything he could to move things forward. If I had one small observation, it would be around communication. Safie is someone who works in the here & now. You're more likely to get a phone call than a detailed email, & when an email arrived it was usually short & to the point. I actually came to appreciate that because, when he had something to say, he picked up the phone & said it. I would happily recommend Andrews Estate Agents to family & friends. They treated us well, remained committed throughout, & never lost sight of helping us get to completion. Thank you, Safie, for your dedication; Marcus, for your calm guidance; & the whole team for supporting us through what was, at times, a challenging journey. It was genuinely appreciated.🙏🏿
