  After an exhausting two weeks of viewing over around a dozen apartments and we still could not find the right place, meeting Jamie completely turned our search around. He truly listened to our needs and showed us a unit that we instantly fell in love with and rented.   This is our first international move as a family, which carries a lot of anxiety and uncertainty about the process of finding, securing, renting, and managing a home in the UK. Fortunately, we've had Tina as our agent, with her resource team at Knight Frank. The experience has been exceptional. First, Tina's warmth, kindness and willingness to listen really put us at ease and helped us trust that she knew what we were looking for and why. Second, her responsiveness and attention to detail delivered on that trust. She was quickly on top of every request and question, and we were able to find a home we are thrilled about! Lastly, she's been able to explain all the nuances of renting in the UK and walk us through the process with minimal fuss. We're so grateful for her help!

  Victoria was fantastic. Dealing with two dozen estate agents in Cobham and Esher she was the first estate agent who actually did proper agency (I’m an ex agent myself). She really sussed out what we needed (she was the only estate agent who did this!) and ended up introducing us to our ideal house even though it was outside our remit. She then really earned her stripes managing a complicated and drawn out chain - again showing her worth. If not for her we would have never initially found something and never made it to exchange. We cannot thank her enough and the rest of the Knight Frank team that was working on this in the background.
