  I couldn’t recommend Dan Miller and the team at Knight Frank highly enough. Dan was knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the sale of our property in Cobham, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. This isn’t the first property I have sold with Dan, and the fact that I’ve chosen to use him again speaks volumes. He made the whole process straightforward and was always approachable, helpful and on hand whenever I needed him. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dan and the team at Knight Frank again, and we look forward to working with them on the next sale.

  I'm not someone who often leaves Google reviews, but my experience with Victoria was so exceptional that I felt it deserved one. We genuinely couldn't be happier with the service she provided in helping us find our perfect home in Cobham, which we're moving into next week. What really stood out was how proactive Victoria was throughout our search. We were registered with several estate agents, yet she was the only one who consistently sent us properties she genuinely thought would suit us, using WhatsApp, which was our preferred way of communicating. That level of initiative made all the difference and, ultimately, is exactly why we ended up buying a property through her. It's a great example of how proactive, thoughtful service really does pay off. We'd previously had some less-than-great experiences with others at Knight Frank, so Victoria was a breath of fresh air. Although she's actually based in the Esher office rather than Cobham, nothing was ever too much trouble. She was always available when we needed her and incredibly responsive throughout the process. Her negotiation skills during the purchase were particularly impressive. She navigated discussions between the seller, solicitors and the inevitable timescale challenges with professionalism and determination, always finding practical solutions to keep things moving. Even when obstacles arose, she remained calm, patient and relentlessly focused on getting the transaction over the line, making what could have been a very stressful process feel remarkably straightforward. Thank you again, Victoria. We're incredibly grateful for everything you did, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

  We instructed KF Cobham in May 2026 to sell our house in Oxshott. We exchanged contracts in July, 8 weeks after instructing KF. Their service delivery has been outstanding throughout. A realistic (and strongly positive) assessment of the property which was borne out from all subsequent viewings. Accurate and sensible price guidance, supported by the contracted price. KF mobilised staff from neighbouring offices in Esher and Weybridge. A partner with regional coverage ensured SW London offices were involved. The viewing process commenced with extraordinary speed and momentum. Around 20 viewings from serious parties within the first 3 weeks. A very competitive offer from a motivated local buyer in under a month. KF Cobham have an incredibly strong market position, and a brilliant team of highly professional, enthusiastic and motivated staff, ably led by Charles, the office Head/Partner, who brings 22 years of Cobham experience. Our home has now been sold 3 times in its 3 owner life, each time by Charles and his team. Great work. Thank you.

  We recently purchased a property with Knightfrank and the experience was great. Both my wife and I have felt like we have been managed very professionally and allowed the flexibility we needed throughout the process. Buying and selling houses can be stressful, but KF seemed to do everything in their power to get us to our desired outcome. I know when we next need these services we’ll be knocking on the door at the Cobham branch and asking for Victoria.

  Victoria Miles from Esher office was outstandingly tenacious throughout the sale process, giving immediate feedback from viewings and constant updating on the buyers’ situation and liaising with the legals.
