  Lisa and Tanya have been amazing for our purchase of our new home. They have gone the extra mile during this process, chasing things that needed chasing and ensuring we could have as smooth a purchase experience as possible. During viewings Tanya was informative and knowledgeable about the property, and both Tanya and Lisa's communication has been fantastic. Couldn't recommend more. Thanks so much for all your help.   The staff at Andrews seem incapable of being anything more than a transactional middleman. As a buyer, I was told a viewing had been cancelled and that was the end of their interest in me. At no point did it occur to them to suggest similar properties from their portfolio or make even the slightest proactive effort to keep me engaged as a buyer. If they can’t manage the absolute basics of sales and customer service, I genuinely pity anyone trusting them to sell their home. The whole experience felt lazy, indifferent, and devoid of professionalism.

  We had a great experience with Andrews during what was ultimately a complex and sometimes delayed process. George was outstanding throughout and the key driver in keeping everything progressing. His communication was clear, timely and proactive. He showed real persistence in chasing the chain, handling negotiations and ensuring things didn’t stall. Lisa was also excellent, particularly during onboarding where she made everything smooth and well organised. She remained supportive and helped push things through to exchange and completion in the final stages. Overall, a strong service, with George in particular standing out. We’d happily recommend Andrews.

  My family have used Andrews on two occasions when selling property due to bereavement. In both instances Lisa handled the situation exceptionally which we do appreciate. Emails and telephone calls were answered quickly and fully. Which makes all the difference when issues arise. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrews to those buying and selling property.
