  I cannot recommend Sam Daniels of Knight Frank Bath UK highly enough. Selling a substantial four-storey Grade II listed Georgian home in Bath was always going to be a significant undertaking but Sam handled every stage of the process with absolute professionalism, enthusiasm, dedication and care. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, helpful and reassuring. He went above and beyond to assist myself and the buyer throughout what was, at times, a lengthy process, remaining proactive, informative and solutions-focused. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Sam’s communication was excellent, his knowledge and advice were invaluable and his commitment to achieving the best possible outcome was clear throughout. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything moving and made a potentially stressful experience far smoother than it could have been. A huge thank you to Sam for doing such a fantastic job. Knight Frank in Bath are very fortunate to have him on their team and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an Estate Agent to buy or sell a property in Bath .   I wanted to say how fantastic the team were at Frank Knight . My husband and I recently bought a property and dealt with Francesca, Rachael and Steve at KF. The team were outstanding - so professional , proactive , informed and extremely personable. The sale was not a straightforward one and their understanding and communication was outstanding and we felt very reassured throughout.   Francesca and her team were fantastic throughout this transaction, from first meeting through to completion the whole team were thoroughly professional and approachable, nothing was too much to ask. Francesca instinctively knew when we had the right buyer (and when we did not), and then worked tirelessly to secure the sale even when we were thrown the ultimate curve ball days before exchange which delayed the sale for a number of months. Francesca kept in regular communication with our buyers, keeping them on board and didn't allow them to waver. We were delighted and the buyers were delighted...what more can you ask for....an excellent job, well done!
