  My experience with Andrews at Midsomer Norton is worthy of praise and recommendation for their outstanding professional service. At all times I was kept informed with clear lines of communication and clear points of contact, who were always available to me. Throughout the journey I felt supported and professionally guided. When minor bumps appeared along the way the Andrews team stepped up, and, with all hands on deck, they navigated through to the ultimate positive end; the sale of my property. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Tanya, who was at the helm and who did an outstanding job, and Lisa for her additional support throughout the journey. I would also like to thank all those working behind the scenes. A big thank you to the entire Andrews team!

  Tanya gave a realistic house valuation, not a fantasy valuation or a price it low and sell it quick price like some other agents, she backed her assessment of our property value against the historic sales in our area. Andrews clearly keep in touch with potential buyers as they arranged viewings quickly and secured an offer after just a few weeks of advertising the property. As there was a chain of house sales involved they attempted to keep us updated about progress but occasionally their assessments of progress were a little bit too Rosey. Whilst its easy to criticise other agents in the chain for not supplying reliable information I would point the finger at Andrews for not being tough enough in researching the status of the other sales. Overall I would use them again and recommend them to others, they have an experienced team, try hard to make a stressful process as easy as possible and even when Tanya choose to down tools and get married before exchange of contracts Lisa was able to pick things up and finalise the deal. Well done Team Andrews and congratulations to Tanya on her nuptials.

  Fantastic service from start to finish. Purchasing our property via Andrews was a dream. From the attention to detail on viewing (thank you George), to the 1st class sales progression (thank you Tanya) and the last 4 weeks dealing with some not insignificant challenges down the chain (thank you Lisa) Andrews team go above and beyond. Would not hesitate to recommend them and would use on my next sale without a second thought. A rare set of incredible individuals working for both sides!
