  I cannot recommend Sam Daniels of Knight Frank Bath UK highly enough. Selling a substantial four-storey Grade II listed Georgian home in Bath was always going to be a significant undertaking but Sam handled every stage of the process with absolute professionalism, enthusiasm, dedication and care. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, helpful and reassuring. He went above and beyond to assist myself and the buyer throughout what was, at times, a lengthy process, remaining proactive, informative and solutions-focused. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Sam’s communication was excellent, his knowledge and advice were invaluable and his commitment to achieving the best possible outcome was clear throughout. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything moving and made a potentially stressful experience far smoother than it could have been.   I wanted to say how fantastic the team were at Frank Knight . My husband and I recently bought a property and dealt with Francesca, Rachael and Steve at KF. The team were outstanding - so professional , proactive , informed and extremely personable. The sale was not a straightforward one and their understanding and communication was outstanding and we felt very reassured throughout.
