As a first time buyer I don't think I was fully aware or prepared at how stressful this process can be especially during the conveyancing part of the process done by the solicitors. However Haybrook really helped reduce my anxiety by being the intermediary between my solicitors and sellers solicitors. They chased everything constantly whenever there was delays and kept me updated during the whole process , communication was consistent, emails answered promptly and always a friendly voice on the phone. I wanna thank Grace who helped with the viewing and for chasing things up at the start.
