  I recently interacted with Haybrook Estate Agents, Sheffield as part of a property PX process, and I was really impressed with the service provided. From valuation through to photography and marketing, everything was handled with great efficiency and a proactive approach, resulting in 9 viewings within 24 hours of going live. Samuel Reaney & Nicola Siddall were brilliant throughout – professional, friendly, and reassuring, helping to make what can be a complex and sometimes overwhelming process feel much more manageable. A very positive experience overall.

  If you live in the Renishaw area and plan on selling your house, I cannot emphasise enough how much you need to stay away from Haybrook. Our property was marketed with them for 20 weeks, during which time they arranged just one viewing. Throughout the process, there was a complete lack of proactive communication, advice and support. Every attempt to generate interest in the property — including reducing the asking price and arranging new photographs — was initiated by us rather than suggested by Haybrook. Despite repeatedly raising concerns about the lack of viewings, we received no advice on what else could be done to improve interest and no satisfactory explanation as to why more had not been done to attract potential buyers. When we asked for guidance, Mackenzie even asked us what we thought they should be doing differently, which was frustrating given that we were paying for professional expertise and advice. We also found Nicola to be rude and unhelpful when discussing our concerns. In the end, we moved to Blundells Crystal Peaks and the difference was remarkable. They quickly generated multiple viewings within the first week of going live with them, secured a sale and kept us updated throughout without us having to constantly chase for information. It was a completely different experience and demonstrated the level of service, communication and proactive approach we had expected from the start. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Haybrook Crystal Peaks and would instead recommend Blundells Crystal Peaks.

  Speedy, clear communication from the whole team throughout the entire process, from viewing to offers to getting started with the legal work. Nicola especially was kind, helpful and made the whole process very easy!

  Our father recently passed away and consequently needed 3 valuations for probate. We chose the 3 main ones at crystal peaks.. 1 of which wanted to charge £500 for the valuation because we were honest enough to say we didn't know if we would sell or not!!!! . But no such treatment from Haybrooks. The lady who answered the phone was most helpful and sympathetic. We arranged a visit for a few days later and was contacted the day before by Levi who said it would be him visiting and arranged a mutually convenient time. When he arrived he was kind,friendly and sympathetic yet very professional in his manner and attitude, a credit to the company! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this agents if they are all like the 2 people we delt with.
