Emily took on onboarding the sale and was so clear and honest about the timescales and marketing plans we instantly felt comfortable with the choice given that we were not in the country or area for the most part of the process. Fynn was fantastic at keeping us informed with viewings & along with regular updates from Becky with offers and feedback they each contributed to making the process really easy. We lost a sale and within 8 days Becky had been on the case like Velcro and it was resold. The absolute star for me for the last month has been Tallulah!! Every team in this industry should have someone progressing sales with this level of enthusiasm, professionalism and the right amount of push to keep the whole line in order. I’m hugely grateful for the weekly updates, the nudges to all the solicitors and her bubbly personality which just keeps you positive when things look a bit bleak!! As an agent myself I have to say, you guys are literally leading the way proving that estate agency is not the demonic industry we’ve been tarred with!! Thank you all so much and I really hope Karen treats you all to a cake on completion day because it’s well deserved and you’re all fab!!! ** Just to add, you get what you pay for. Haybrooks aren’t the cheapest in the area but they will be worth every single penny!

- KKKatyMay 14, 20261.0Having just bought a house through Haybrook I would try to avoid in the future , I've never known an estate agent try to talk you out of having a survey done or all the checks such as electrics, boiler etc. I was made to feel bad for wanting these things sorted before I moved in. Once moving in it was apparent why. It's all about a quick sale and commission for them.

They arranged many viewings for me and carried these out as I wasn't able to show potential buyers round myself. I was amazed by how many viewings they arranged. They found me so many potential buyers! I was equally impressed with the marketing of my property. I was very happy with the price I got and this was guided by them. I was given regular updates and good advice when needed. After a sale was agreed I had a lot of contact with Tallulah, the Sales Progressor. What a delight she was to work with! She did a fantastic job pushing the sale along and I am so grateful to her for her sound advice and help. Tallulah liaised with my solicitor and the buyer's solicitor and she was instrumental in securing a speedy sale. Thank you to everyone at Haybrooks. It has been a pleasure working with you.
