She was so easy to communicate with and gave the exact service that I requested finding me a perfect tenant in a great time-frame. She is great in customer service and detail focused which made the whole process easy. Would recommend to anyone who needs support to let a property.
- MFMartin FrostSep 7, 20263.0Saw a house to view on Saturday with Amy, applied to rent and Amy has been so so helpful, even just the fact of getting a viewing on a weekend - so far no other letting agent has been this helpful - they all seem to think nobody else works 9-5!! So thank you Amy, you were a star. I spoke too soon, the actual stars are Jennifer and Sharon. I think Amy just likes showing people round houses, whereas Jennifer has actually helped us more in the last few days than Amy has throughout the past (often very stressful times cos Amy doesn't seem to like answering questions on email) 3/4 weeks. Granted, she was on holiday for a week which is when Sharon stepped up and tried to help. Oh, and a word of warning, they use the LettingsHub to handle the "Right to Rent" and Employment checks, etc. This company was a nightmare to deal with! So yes, Jennifer, you're the real star ^_^
