  I cannot recommend Steve at Haybrook Estates Barnsley highly enough. From the very beginning, Steve was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely supportive during what was a very difficult and emotional time for me. He took the time to truly listen and understand my situation, treating it with compassion and respect rather than simply seeing it as another valuation appointment. What stood out most was how carefully he listened to what I actually needed from the valuation. I had already explained to others that this was connected to a difficult separation and was largely out of my hands, and I was anxious about being bombarded with sales calls afterwards. Steve completely understood this, respected my wishes, and handled everything with genuine sensitivity and professionalism. His approach was refreshingly honest, caring, and authentic. He offered a listening ear when I needed one and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. That level of empathy is rare (particularly in this field) and was greatly appreciated. I would also like to thank Jordan, whose input gave me a much clearer understanding of where I stand moving forward and helped provide some reassurance about my options. A huge thank you to Steve, Jordan, and the whole team at Haybrook Estates Barnsley.   We recently had Chris Hancock out to value our home and it was a really positive experience. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and put us at ease straight away. He clearly knew his stuff and explained everything really well without making it feel overcomplicated. We appreciated how he talked us through the process so we knew exactly what to expect. Overall, really pleased and would definitely recommend.
