Chris gave us a tour of our future forever home and made us feel at ease during the tour. No questions went unanswered and we felt very satisfied with the information Chris to recall about the property (as it was empty at the time) Immediately after our tour, Chris valued our house and gave us lots of valuable information regarding pricing and marketing the property. The process was seamless and Chris was on the end of the phone if we needed anything. The Haybrook pack was discussed so me and my wife didn’t feel overwhelmed. The following week, Chris photographed and made a video walk through ready for putting our house on the market. Following his advice and amazing marketing our home sold 8 days after going live.
