I didn’t receive a reply to my email, fine, they were aware it was cancelled as didn’t come to my house fortunately. However, they then proceeded to call me on a daily basis (including Saturdays) for months to try and sell my property, despite me making it clear in my email that I no longer needed their services. Had this not happened, I may have contacted them further down the line; however I would never use a company whose behaviour borders on harassment.
