  Haart in Bury St Edmunds have been excellent to deal with. Jasper has been my primary contact and has made the whole process smooth and straightforward. A special mention to Humesya, who showed me around two properties 12/06/26. She was incredibly kind, easy to speak to, and very understanding of my needs — especially as I’m not familiar with the area. What really impressed me was the thoughtful, honest guidance she gave about where else I might want to look. It’s rare to meet someone in the industry who genuinely wants to help you find the right place, not just a place. Haart are lucky to have both Jasper and Humesya — they’re exceptional members of the team and a real credit to the branch.

  I am sharing this to all women considering using them. I have sat on this, but feel I should say something and share my experience. It doesn’t feel right to say nothing. Last year I used the Bury St Edmunds branch. After I had signed up with them I started to get completely inappropriate text messages from the guy who I signed up with. He would message at like 11pm on a Saturday night asking what I was doing and he wished he could pop round and watch tv with me. In another text he said he was annoyed I wouldn’t flirt with him. When I saw him a couple of times he would ask to hug me and say I should consider a younger man. It was so uncomfortable and inappropriate. I later found out from my neighbour that, from the description he gave, he had done this to someone and she had not used them because of it. I don’t know it was him. This sale could not go through quick enough for me, it was so intense and uncomfortable. I hated ringing the branch, I dreaded any contact with them. I did call head office about this, during my sale, and I was advised to email the regional manager, I did and he never contacted me back, so they are clearly fine with it, but I wasn’t and so any single ladies, use someone else.

  Dear Melanie, I wanted to take a moment to write and express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional support I have received from your Move Manager Nadine throughout what has been an incredibly long and challenging house move. This move has been a two-year process, and during that time I worked with three different estate agents. Without hesitation, I can say that Haart/Chewton Rose has been head and shoulders above the rest in terms of professionalism, customer service, communication, and genuine care. I would like to recognise the wider team as well, David and Beth have both been excellent but I particularly wanted to highlight Nadine, who has been nothing short of outstanding. My move has been far from straightforward, Nadine has gone far beyond what I would ever have expected from someone in her role. She has not only supported me with the sale itself but also helped me manage my onward chain, despite the fact I did not even have an estate agent representing me on that side. Her support, guidance, patience and reassurance throughout this process have been invaluable. Quite honestly, without Nadine, I think I would have been rocking in a corner by now. She has been an absolute diamond. It is rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such genuine compassion and commitment and I truly believe Nadine deserves recognition for the exceptional work she does. I also want to say how brilliant I think the Move Manager role is, it is genuinely a genius concept and other estate agents could learn a great deal from the way Haart approaches customer care and support during what can be one of life’s most stressful experiences. Please do pass on my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Nadine, as well as to David, Beth, and the wider team.
