- SSStefanos Stoikos3 days ago1.0Their lettings / property management departments are an absolute joke: Complete chaos before move in with me chasing them about basics like the tenancy agreement, or chasing them about time/place of handing over keys up to 2 days prior to move in No letter box keys for days after move in No inventory for a week after move in No opening gas meter readings and no info as to which is our actual meter for almost 3 weeks after move in Due to the lack of this info which is one of the absolute basics when you move in a property, and the usual debts that everyone in this town appears to run from, we are now in dispute with BG for £650 worth of gas use left by the debt dodgers who used to live there before us. The property management team never, NEVER, responds to emails and rarely ever picks up the phone. To top it all off, they dared to tell me to loiter around the lobby area in case I bump into the cleaner who might know our gas meter!!! Circus.
