Years ago I was very pleasantly surprised when Oliver Saxton offered to value the local bridge club (for its annual accounts) at no charge. He said he was happy to help as it might eventually result in a new customer. Years later it did. The sale has, for legal reasons, taken just over a year, but Oliver has been consistently helpful and realistic. I'm very happy to recommend Knight Frank.
