  Truly exceptional estate agents. Jason and his team provide an outstanding service from viewings through to completion. Jason is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and has a thoughtful approach to marketing and sales. He made contact regularly and if there was no news he would still touch base and give valuable advice to ensure the sale carried on quickly and efficiently which it certainly did. This was a somewhat emotional sale for me and I felt fully supported all the way through which was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Knight Frank in Henley.

  Although Matt Davies at Knight Frank was not our agent for either our sale or our purchase, he was instrumental in getting our entire chain over the line hence why I felt the need to post a review. In what became a very complicated and stressful process, Matt consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate across the chain, chase outstanding issues and keep momentum when things could easily have stalled. His determination, persistence and willingness to step in — even when it wasn’t strictly his responsibility — made a real difference. Thanks to Matt’s efforts the chain finally progressed to exchange, allowing us to secure a house that we absolutely love. His professionalism, commitment and proactive approach did not go unnoticed, and we are extremely grateful for the role he played in making the move happen.

  We initially spoke to Jason Applebey from the other side of the world. He was very knowledgable in understanding our situation and couldn't be more helpful. There were many aspects where Jason went above and beyond to help us with the purchase. Throughout the entire process Jason was easy to contact, happy to help with any questions and a real pleasure to deal with.   I can’t thank Jason at Knight Frank enough for the exceptional service he provided while selling my house in Henley. From the very beginning, he was attentive, proactive and completely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible. We had several challenges lower down the chain and Jason troubleshot every single one with professionalism and calm efficiency. He stayed in constant communication, always keeping me updated. His attention to detail was great and he consistently went above and beyond—researching information, chasing necessary parties, and pushing for exchange at exactly the right moment. Every issue that came up was dealt with promptly and he was always at the end of the phone whenever I needed him. Highly recommend—five stars without hesitation.
