  We could not be more happy with the transaction we have recently had with William and his team at Knight Frank who helped us purchase a property they had listed in Oxford. William was super responsive, patient, and handled the transaction in such a professional way. We are from the US so we committed to buy the property sight unseen. When we finally saw the property in person, our expectations were even exceeded, which means they represented the property accurately without overselling it or hiding anything.   Years ago I was very pleasantly surprised when Oliver Saxton offered to value the local bridge club (for its annual accounts) at no charge. He said he was happy to help as it might eventually result in a new customer. Years later it did. The sale has, for legal reasons, taken just over a year, but Oliver has been consistently helpful and realistic. I'm very happy to recommend Knight Frank.

  I have just exchanged on a property sale in Oxford. Olly Saxton was the agent. I was first introduced to Olly via my mother who bought a property through KF and Olly and she was so Impressed with him that she advised me to approach him when I was selling my property. She was right. I initially planned to sell a few years ago and first contacted Olly then, he’s been guiding me over the last few years about the market and providing me helpful advice personal to my situation about when best to sell and how to position the house on the market. Within a week of putting the house up for sale we had an offer and exchanged 3 months later. Olly is professional, fair, trustworthy and highly experienced. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
