  Bought my first home from a seller who was using Andrews. Rebecca was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond when there were delays further up the chain, chasing and following up. Always so friendly, couldn't have asked for more!

  Joe at Andrews (Headington) has been excellent throughout my five-year tenancy. He and the team were always responsive and professional whenever anything needed repairing, and communication was clear and prompt during the end-of-tenancy process as well. Thank you for all your help.

  I just sold my house with Andrews and wanted to share my positive experience. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly helpful. They compiled the sales brochure efficiently and got the house up onto sales sites very quickly. They were probably a bit too optimistic at first and we put the house on for too much to begin with, but we brought the price down to a more realistic level and then there was plenty of interest and they helped me get a good offer which was above my bottom line. After the offer they were very helpful during the sale process, liaising with the buyer when necessary and helping me with various bits of paperwork and other things. This helped the process to go through quickly and smoothly. And, importantly, their charges are very reasonable too. So overall highly recommended. Thanks everyone!

  I registered with Andrew’s so I could be sent properties in Headington. The time they took going over all their properties and the nearest amenities and bus routes helped me better understand the areas that would work best for me. I apologise that I don’t remember their name but whoever took my call helped me tremendously. They suggested a chat with their mortgage advisor also and I thank Nathan for helping an old gal work through her very limited options!

  Andrews Headington let and managed my Oxford house for 14 years. They always found tenants, and the longest void was a month. However there has been a marked difference in the quality of management. The first ten years were generally terrible. The only thing they were reliable at was collecting money. A few years ago, there was a high staff turnover and since then it has been a lot better. Julie Calver convinced me to stick with Andrews and I am glad I did. She knows what she’s doing, as does Elizabeth Taylor who sorted maintenance. I will miss our chats Liz, and will think of you whenever I hear the Taylor Swift song in your name! LIz and other staff are fully across the new rental regulations, which should give clients confidence. So all in all, I would recommend Andrews Lettings, but would be wary if some of their best people moved on. ——— Andrews Headington (sales) also recently sold my house in Oxford. For reasons beyond my or their control, the sale was more complex and took longer than we hoped - frustrating for all involved. Becca Copelin took over mid way through and immediately filled me with confidence that she had the determination, tact and knowhow to get the sale over the line. Thanks for sticking with it, Becca. I hope your next sale is a lot easier 😀. I would recommend Andrews Headington sales.
