I received great customer service throughout, ensuring he tailored everything to my needs and communicated it back to me to ensure he understood. He carried out everything they said they would to high degree and also made sure he offered any further help where he could. Including going that little bit extra for me that he didn’t otherwise needed to do. Communication through email and phone were consistent and clear which is what I needed as I wasn’t near the area. Tenant checks were thorough and ensured the contract included additional clauses for specific situations that kept both parties protected. I definitely recommend and I will be using David again in the future. Thanks.
