She understood and listened to our queries and concerns, which she prioritised when meeting potential buyers. We finally accepted an offer and she kept in communication with us weekly and explained how the process was developing. She even went further by mantained close contact with our buyers and solicitors. We really felt as if we were her only clients and we are now ready to complete and move to our dream home. Kayisha is certainly very knowledgeable, has great people skills and she is an asset to her company. We are very happy that she took over and came to our assistance.
