We feel so lucky he was assigned to look after the sale of our HMO rental property in Beeston. Throughout the sales process, we have been very well guided by Nathan and considering the number of other clients he must have to deal with, Nathan provides what feels like a bespoke service for us - he always responds to queries / concerns by return of email even on his day off, he seems to really care and have our backs to get the sale completed to a successful conclusion. He obviously has a great rapport with the buyer which has certainly helped to ensure good communications and outcomes.
