From start to finish, Brian was incredibly accommodating, friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. It wasn't always the easiest process (through no fault of Haart!), but Brian remained calm, reassuring and supportive throughout. As a first-time buyer, I had lots of questions (probably more than most! 😅), but he was always patient, approachable and happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he always did his best to assist wherever he could. I also really appreciated Brian arranging additional access to the property before completion so I could organise surveys, quotes and plan renovations. As I was relocating, that made a huge difference and helped everything run much more smoothly once I got the keys. The only piece of feedback I'd give is about the key collection experience. After months of searching, paperwork and anticipation, finally collecting the keys to your new home is such a special moment, so I was expecting it to feel a little more celebratory. The handover itself felt quite brief and functional, whereas I think it could have been a wonderful opportunity to make the occasion feel truly memorable. Even something as simple as a congratulations card, a small box of chocolates, or even presenting the keys in gift box would have been a lovely touch. It doesn't have to be anything extravagant—it's the thought behind it that people remember, and those little intentional gestures can make customers feel genuinely valued. 😇 That tiny detail aside, my overall experience with Haart was a very positive one, and I'm genuinely grateful to Brian and the whole team for all of their hard work, support and professionalism throughout the journey.
