My property had previously been with another agency and unfortunately remained on the market for months without being rented. I then decided to move to Haart, and incredibly, Sophie found me tenants on the very first day! From the beginning, Sophie has been absolutely amazing. She keeps me updated about everything, always explains things clearly, asks me before making decisions and replies to my messages almost immediately. Communication with her has been excellent and I always feel that I know exactly what is happening with my property. What I appreciate even more is that she genuinely tries to help with everything. She told me that if I ever need anything done at the property, she can help me find the right people for the job, which gives me so much peace of mind as a landlord. The difference in my experience has been incredible. Sophie is professional, efficient, helpful and also a genuinely lovely person to deal with. I am extremely happy that I moved my property to Haart and I will definitely continue working with Sophie for my future properties. I recommend her wholeheartedly. She is also extremely prompt with emails and very helpful whenever anything needs dealing with. Nothing ever seems like too much trouble, and she keeps things moving without needing to be chased. She’s a real credit to the team and I really appreciate all her help!
