- TTTahseen1 day ago1.0Before you try and reply saying you can’t find my name as a client it is because I am choosing to anonymously make this review. So do not try and lie and paint this review as LIE. First of all you do not even deserve 1 star. .I had a deeply frustrating experience with Haart in Luton. But before I bad mouth I would like to mention that Initially, they were responsive, friendly, and eager to get me signed up. I was dealing with ex colleagues who I believe were named Thomas baker, Zahran and saif. They were all lovely and really helpful. Really enthusiastic and eager to help me in purchasing a new house and selling my home. Really good lads who were all true and honest. I believe they were all made redundant which sucks and makes absolutely no sense as the office has now been put in the hands of evil and clueless individuals like Adam Francis and the new manager George. They have been horrible. All they care about is their pockets. At first they was all extra friendly but eager to get business out of me but once I was on board, the communication completely broke down. I found myself constantly chasing them every 3–4 days, with zero initiative from their side. They would get colleagues to make it out as if they are not in the office but I’d literally drive past and see them on their desk…On multiple occasions. On many occasions they would turn up late to viewings or maybe even no show or find a silly reason to reschedule which would always be lies, mostly from adam. I only received information after I asked, and even then, it was clear they had the updates ready but hadn’t bothered to inform me. It felt like they simply didn’t care once paperwork was signed. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer experience is unacceptable. I would not recommend Haart Luton to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative estate agent. They genuinely do not have a clue. And only care about their targets and commission.
