  We would like to thank Haart, especially Adam, for all his support during the sale of our home over the past year. Although our sale is still ongoing and we have not yet exchanged contracts, Adam has been professional, friendly, and highly responsive throughout the process. He has continued to actively market our property, managed viewings efficiently, and always ensured the security of our keys and home. While the agreed offer was lower than we had initially hoped for due to market conditions, Adam has done an excellent job coordinating communication between us, the buyer, and the conveyancers, helping to keep everything moving smoothly. We would happily recommend Adam and the Haart team to anyone looking to sell their property.

  I was impressed with how efficient Roberta was with facilitating the repairs at the property. Some of the changes had been reported last February. She demonstrates excellent communication skills and updated me on all the progress. It's refreshing to have someone so conscientious and reliable at the end of the phone!!! Thank you!!

  I am extremely disappointed by a recent interaction involving someone named Jordan at Haart. During my visit, I witnessed a worker called Jordan speaking to a prospective tenant in a manner that I found completely unprofessional. He was rude, dismissive and was using vulgar language outside the office. The way he spoke to this individual was unacceptable and reflected very poorly on the company. What made the situation even more concerning was that the individual appeared to be struggling with English. Rather than showing patience and professionalism, Jordan’s attitude came across as disrespectful and lacking basic courtesy. As someone who values treating people with dignity and respect regardless of their background or language ability, I found the interaction deeply uncomfortable to witness. As someone whose family has previously used Haart’s services, this has completely changed my perception of the company. Professionalism and respect should be the minimum standard expected from management, and based on what I witnessed, those standards were not met. Because of this interaction, I would not consider using Haart again in the future and would not feel confident recommending the company to others.
