  I had the pleasure of viewing a property with Vince and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met, Vince was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home for me & my children. Rather than simply showing me around the property, he took the time to really understand what I’m looking for. He asked thoughtful questions about what I liked and didn’t like about the property, as well as other homes I’d viewed, so he could get a clear picture of what would be the best fit for me. I never felt rushed or like I was just another viewing in his diary, and whilst the property he showed me wasn’t the one for me, I’m pretty certain the next property he shows me will be.   From the moment our offer was accepted, we knew this wasn’t going to be a straightforward purchase. The property had a number of complexities due to its previous use, and there were several challenging issues with the seller along the way. Thankfully, our case was escalated to Damian, and we genuinely don’t believe we would be about to complete on our forever home without him. Damian has been nothing short of exceptional. His communication has been outstanding from start to finish, always keeping us informed and responding quickly, even during the most stressful moments. His efficiency, commitment, professionalism and determination to get things moving when they seemed impossible gave us so much confidence throughout the process. What really sets Damian apart, though, is who he is as a person. He is kind, approachable, reassuring and genuinely cares.   My mum has been recently looking for a property and we found one she liked on Haart Estates website. I contacted them and Vince arranged a viewing quickly, he even suggested looking at a second property which was very similar and kept us updated when that was confirmed. We received communication very quickly and on the day Vince was very friendly and polite and professional, he didn't rush us and answered all our questions. He followed up with us a day later and answered some other questions we had about the area. We can honestly say Vince has made the process of a buying a property less stressful with his guidance on what needs to be done and on the process. We would highly recommend Haart Estates in leagrave and speaking with Vince.
