  I cannot recommend Andrews Worcester Park highly enough, especially Tony, who handled the sale of my late father's property. Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times. Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."

  My experience of selling my mother's house via Andrews Estate Agents and the way they dealt with it I can only describe as exemplary. From the initial probate valuation through to completed sale the service they gave was beyond what I could reasonably have expected. All the staff I have spoken or dealt with have never been pushy and have behaved professionally yet been personable at all times. They have shown good knowledge and awareness of the market both generally and with regards my property. They have been motivated to progress the sale though have been thorough with their processes and enquiries before even passing offers through for consideration. Despite various buyers pulling out due to their changing circumstances, at no time did I feel pressured or rushed to accept offers when put through despite their obvious frustrations at the wasted amount of work and effort by everyone to have got to that point. The two staff members I mainly dealt were Tony Perez and Megan Meme both have worked hard and consistently at all times as with all the staff I have spoken with. They have kept me informed and up to date throughout the process making me feel like they had but one property to sell. Well done to everyone I have dealt with with the sale, you are a credit to your company. Thank you.
