- GHGemma Hattan2 days ago3.0I’d describe them as any other letting agent in London. 1. If you don’t have a simple 9-5 that you’ve been in for over 3 months the referencing process is painful 2. The check-in process was smooth 3. They will charge you for a professional clean when you move out even if the check-out document starts with the line “the apartment appears to have been professionally cleaned” therefore you will have to dispute this but you will get your money back. 4. Communication of any issues in the flat are handled by a different company so even small things get turned into a big deal but otherwise things were sorted fairly quickly. 5. The flat we moved into was newly renovated and we felt was a fair price and there wasn’t a bidding war (prior to the new renters rights bill) Hope this helps!
