From the initial meeting with Maureen, to our sales experience with Arafat & the progressing with Helen- every step was the dream experience for a homeowner- we actually completed in record timing! Maureen was friendly and approachable from the get- go, we warmed to her immediately. She’s extremely experienced and knowledgable and discussed a sales strategy that worked brilliantly- we went under offer in the first couple of weeks & had a few offers on the table. Arafat conducted the viewings with ease, professionalism and determination- we can’t thank you enough! Helen kept sure the transaction was moving swiftly, holding all parties to account- it was never over 24 hours that an enquiry went unanswered by any party. Altogether- it was everything one could hope and dream for, their fees are also reasonable- if you’re a seller we absolutely recommend the entire team, you will not be disappointed!
