- ACAdrien Conrath4 days ago5.0We are very happy of our collaboration with Anton from Knight Frank. We visited 3 properties with Anton before landing on one that he introduced us to. Throughout the process we felt that he was getting to know us, our wants and needs. This was notably thanks to never having to co-visit with other prospect tenants, something that many other agencies do. Anton worked later than the typical 9-5 one day to ensure papers are finalized and he was also very responsive (on either phone or whatsapp). Finally, Anton reacted swiftly when we discovered that a few things were not cleaned up to standards by the previous tenants in our new home: he was able to arrange additional cleaning swiftly and our move was not delayed. Thank you Anton!

The process caused unnecessary financial loss, stress, and wasted time. Very disappointing service from a company of this size.

Communication was slow, key tenancy issues were mishandled, and we had to spend months chasing matters that should have been managed properly from the start. The handling of the complaint was also disappointing, with very limited accountability shown. Based on our experience, I would not use or recommend their property management service.
