I initially started the sale of my property with Bairstow Eves in Romford, based on a recommendation and a lower commission rate. Unfortunately, this very quickly proved to be the wrong decision. In 10 days, we had only one viewing and virtually no communication regarding the progress of our sale. After this experience, I contacted Mark Grogan at Haart, and the difference was immediate. Within just a few days of taking the photographs and gathering the necessary information, our property was live on the market. I was genuinely shocked by the improvement in how our home was presented. Mark’s photographs made the property look warm, welcoming, and truly reflective of our home — a huge contrast to the dull and uninviting images previously used. Within two days of going live, we were contacted by the highly professional Kobe Appiah and Denzel Mensah, who efficiently arranged viewings. We ended up having 18 viewings in one week, with several offers made on our property. Throughout the process, Annette Thompson kept myself and my husband fully informed at every stage, which was extremely helpful and reassuring. The communication and support from the entire team have been exceptional. We have now successfully sold our property and begun the process of purchasing our dream home.
