When it came time to vacate the property we were treated with absolute contempt. Their communication is non existing, beyond poor. They ignore emails, calls are met with "we'll call you back" but they never do. I spent months just to try get a basic update. We were trapped in a fixed term contract but they didn't care, they dragged their feet and we ended up paying for 2 whole months on a empty property. When a new Tennant moved in, taking a big financial pressure off us. Good old haarts stopped communicating with us regarding our deposit. We're now approaching 3 months since we moved out and still haven't gotten closer to receiving our deposit. They are honestly disgusting.
